No matter where we are on the time line - from child to elder - we all live in bodies that are meant to move, breathe, stretch and dance, but in modern life we sometimes put our bodies last. I invite you to take pleasure in exploring the energy, imagination and resourcefulness of your body: reach, sway, twirl, balance. Express your unique ways of moving in the world.


We are all born with a need to touch and be touched, but as we grow older we often forget to nourish ourselves in this way. Through awareness and simple touch techniques we can all - no matter what age or stage in life -- tune in to our ability to heal ourselves and others with our hands and human sensitivity. Gentle rocking, breathing, stretching and pressure point exercises provide relief of tension and restore the body's natural vitality and sense of well being.
